Welcome to 47 on Cleland — two self-catering cottages designed with genuine care and attention to detail, located on Cleland Road in the heart of Pietermaritzburg.
Each cottage is fully self-contained with its own private entrance, giving you the freedom and space to completely unwind. Whether you're in PMB for business, passing through on the N3, or exploring the beautiful KZN Midlands, you'll find everything you need right here.
The interiors carry a warm, consistent aesthetic — natural pine, crisp whites and sage greens — calm, comfortable, and designed to feel like a home rather than just a rental.

The smaller of the two cottages, but just as cosy. There is a queen-size bed, an en-suite with a shower, a Smart TV, and a workspace. The kitchenette has a microwave and a toaster. Parking is provided and seating for 2 outside.
Cottage 2
The more spacious of the two cottages, offering a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a Smart TV, a workspace, and a kitchenette with microwave and toaster. Safe parking is provided, and outside has seating with 2 chairs.

We are unfortunately not able to accommodate pets at 47 on Cleland. We hope you understand.
We are self-catering only — breakfast is not included. However, each cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle so you can easily prepare your own meals.
Each cottage accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. If you need space for more people, you are welcome to book both cottages — giving you a total of 4 guests across the two units.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Please contact us directly if you have special circumstances.
